Delving into my Shamanic Journey to wholeness.

In 2009 I read an article on Shamanism that literally changed my life forever...

Before 2009 I was delving deep into Re-Birthing Breath Work with Angelic & Theta Healing for I felt a deep need for healing.

As a child I could see, feel and hear Spirits, I could see deeply into people and see past their pretence and feel their emotions and thoughts.

In 2009 after I read an article on Peruvian Shamanism I knew deep within my heart I had to go and meet these mysterious beings. I was searching for a deeper meaning to my life, to move myself into a place of love and peace, to have less conflict within myself and my life. On the outside my life looked good, highly successful with a job as a Planning Manager in London, inside I was deeply unhappy.

On my first encounter with a Shaman on my first trip to Peru I knew I wanted to change my whole life. The Shaman entered the room humbly in such peace and love it literally took my breath away. I had grown up believing that power was brought forth in dominance until that day...I had the opportunity to spend time with The Q'ero Tribe which was life changing. And my Medicine journey began which is a life long journey of healing. We never stop healing, this is the path of life itself.

On returning home I started training with Simon Buxon at the Scared Trust in the UK learning European Shamanism, on embarking on this course I had to dig my own grave and get buried overnight. To be re-born onto the Shamanic Path as a Shaman.   I was also attending & organising Ceremonies working closely with Atasha Jenita Wacha in London. And, with Shamans from Mexico and Peru in Essex.  I received  Shamanic Plant Medicine Training in Peru with Javier Arevalo Shahuano, one of the most intense Spiritual Training journeys of my life. I had to undergo a serious of Shamanic Initiations, these will stay with me until my dying day. Some of these Rituals are secret within me. Some training's are between Great Spirit and the Shaman to use as Medicine within to heal others.  In Ecuador in Training I spent nights alone in the Jungle during Ceremony working closely with the forces of Nature and the Medicine, these nights gave deep insight into the workings of Nature and into the fear factors of myself to silence and heal.  In Brazil I was in Ceremony each night for 21 nights this gave rise to a total death in myself and I had  a Kundalini Awakening. I literally left Brazil as a very new expanded human being. It was during this time I had the opportunity to spend time in Sacred Ceremony with Shamans from across South and Central America the coming together of the Nations. During this time my knowledge of self and my Soul was awoken to the mission I had with the Medicines.

Recently I have completed an extensive months Dieta with Noya Rao the Tree of Light.  Noya Rao which is otherwise known as “The Tree of Light” or “Camino a la Verdad” – The Path of Truth is a mythical plant  I lived and immersed myself in the lives of The Shipibo Village Community in Peru.  If you want to enhance their lives you can donate to the project I am currently managing.

As well as spending much time in Peru training in Shamanism I have also spent  time in Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico and Brazil I have had the opportunity to meet and spend valuable time in Sacred Ceremony with the most profound and wise, loving Shamans. I hold each of these nights close in my Heart, Mind and Soul.

Whilst training extensively within Plant Medicine  acquiring knowledge and training in European Shamanism I embarked on The Medicine Wheel for my heart yearned for more knowledge within Shamanism from South America, I trained with Skie Hummingbird from Sungate in the UK. Whilst training I was constantly embarking on trips to South America to deepen my knowledge and experience with the Medicines of this Region.

I have also trained in Celtic Shamanism at Lendrick Lodge in Scotland with Peggy Dylan & Stephen Mulhearn. Others Shamans I have trained with reside in the UK, Scotland, Spain, & Los Angeles. I am eternally grateful for these teachings. On a Shamanic Path you are forever the student receiving training's as you walk through your life - you are never done. Being an eternal student takes you from the ego of thinking you know everything, to seeing clearly that you are here to learn and grow.

During my training's I have undergone many initiations to literally break me down, this has led to a deeper sense of myself as I have put myself back together. It has brought forth a deeper sense of joy and peace with gratefulness for life itself. I could never see my life any other way.

Shamanism delves into the grey areas, the parts of self deeply hidden to bring up for healing. To look deep into your darkness gives a way to purge and release all that is no longer needed that does not serves your Soul. To move deeper into a new way of living your life.

Shamanism helps to bring you back to a state of wholeness using powerful Medicines (Master Plant Teachers), Soul and Power retrieval process's and deep extraction works to release all energies no longer needed. Other aspects can come into play such as working with Breath-work, Manifesting and other healing modalities depending on what you need to heal and move into a new state of wholeness. I am a firm believer that Shamanic Healing can change your life for the better and bring you to a totally new place to seeing, breathing and being within your life. I usually like to finish each session on bringing in a manifestation to  change the current, rid the past but also change the current future.....we are all creators. This is the inherent power we were all born to possess but some have forgotten along the way.

The grey areas are a good place to begin your journey without these areas there would be no room for growth and expansion of your Soul.

I love these words for which Wolf are you feeding...........

The Fight of Two Wolves Within You

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life:

“A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy.

”It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil–he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”

He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you–and inside every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
